6.2. The terms of use of LNB's digital collections define the requirements that apply only to LNB's digital collections:
6.2.1. LNB's digital collections are publicly available from any computer with Internet access. Digital objects of works protected by copyright from LNB's collection are available on LNB's internal computer network;
6.2.2. The open access datasets intended for LNB data mining and text mining are publicly available from any computer with Internet access. Data sets containing digital objects of works protected by copyright are available on LNB's internal computer network or on research platforms where access to the results of data analysis is provided, but there is no access to the full text;
6.2.3. In cases where it is necessary to use data sets containing digital objects of works protected by copyright for the purposes of scientific research, individual agreements can be concluded, providing additional access options;
6.2.4. The copyright of the works included in LNB's digital collections belongs to the subjects of the copyright of the works (authors or their successors in rights);
6.2.5. Unregistered readers of LNB digital collections have the right to:
6.2.5.1. create a LNB digital collection user account by registering in the LNB digital collections or connecting with one of the virtual identity confirmation methods offered in the Internet environment;
6.2.5.2. download non-copyrighted digital objects;
6.2.5.3. download digital objects whose copyright holders have given permission to make the digital objects available to the public and reproduce them if the digital object is accompanied by a download file;
6.2.6. Registered readers of LNB digital collections have the right to use individual services of LNB digital collections, such as commenting, saving search results, etc.
6.2.7. Registered and unregistered readers of LNB digital collections are obliged to:
6.2.7.1. observe the rights of copyright subjects in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Law;
6.2.7.2. in the case of republishing of digital objects, make sure that the rights of a copyright subject are not violated in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Law;
6.2.7.3. in case of reproduction of digital objects, refer to LNB's digital collections and the custodian of the original;
6.2.7.4. before using digital objects for commercial purposes, contact the owner of the original to clarify the conditions of its use;
6.2.8. Registered and unregistered readers of LNB's digital collections are prohibited from taking any actions aimed at damaging or otherwise endangering the services of LNB's digital collections;
6.2.9. by sending information that supplements the descriptions (metadata) of digital objects available in LNB's digital collections, the registered and unregistered readers of LNB's digital collection transfer to LNB their author's property rights to additions to the digital object's description;
6.2.10. Registered and unregistered readers of LNB digital collections accept these Terms when using LNB digital collections;
6.2.11. LNB does not take responsibility for the content published by registered and unregistered readers in LNB's digital collections and reserves the right to delete this content if it does not meet the content goals of LNB's digital collections or the principles of good practice behavior on the Internet;
6.2.12. LNB reserves the right, if necessary, to make changes to these Terms regarding the terms of use of LNB's digital collections;
